Disagreement Makes the World Go Around

Writing a blog means there will be times when people will disagree with you and what you wrote. I’ve written a few of those blog posts and it is honestly difficult to read about the different points of view — after all, we’re each perfect in our perceptions, right? ;>))

What I’ve found is that if you make a decent case about your point of view and have some good knowledge about that which you write, the disagreements when they come will also be reasonable and open up your world to other points of view and perceptions.

Debra Moorhead had a few disagreements going on over on Debra Moorhead blog and today posted the 16 Aspects I Appreciate about People Who Disagree with Me. It’s a good list because it is very real.

People can disagree on many things — and have wonderful and successful relationships. The key is to extend the conversation.
