Do you have a press kit on your blog? I don’t. I need to.
A press kit gives your readers a quick way to get your qualifications if they post about something that you have written on your blog. It gives them a picture they can publish along with your information and their post.
A press kit gives you your preferred face to the world.
I was asked to give a brief bio on a submission I was giving on business to another blog. Fortunately, I had all the information ready made - including picture - off line.
But, wouldn’t it have been easier to have it on a page in the blog labeled “press kit?” Sure. And I didn’t.
